Junior badminton club for local players
Academy Badminton has been running its Junior club since 2004. It is a very friendly and forward thinking club. Newly interested players are always made welcome.
Academy currently has 40+ members, junior players ageing from 7-22 with a slightly larger boy to girl ratio. Players come from Stevenage, Hitchin, Letchworth, Baldock and surrounding areas.
Academy is Badminton England registered and has a continuing in house training programme ensuring that it is as safely and professionally run as possible.
It currently has 2 qualified coaches and 2 qualified assistant coaches. Our aim is to make Badminton accessible and fun, with matches available to the more competitive youngsters.
